There are currently 3 plans available:
- Basic plan with 5 letters for $19/week
- Standard plan with 20 letters for $29/month – which includes also 5 letters polished by a recruiter
- Premium plan with unlimited letters for for $79/year – which also includes 20 letters polished by a recruiter, an updated LinkedIn bio and resume audited by recruiter

No, unfortunately the letter balance is fixated to the subscription plan period like a week of a month, starting from the day of your purchase. When that period ends – the letters balance is renewed.
Yes, you can change your subscription plan in your Account section at any time. But please mind that you can’t have two plans running at the same time. So when you get the new plan – the old one will be automatically canceled. But the good thing is that you will have a full number of letters and a term of use according to the new plan details starting the date you get it.

Yes, sure, you can cancel your subscription at any time by writing at support@coverler.com Your paid plan will stay active until the last day of the paid period and will be automatically canceled after that.
We currently accept 3 credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Apple and Google pay are also available. We plan on adding Paypal in the coming months.
Yes, if you are not happy with the quality of your letters or anything else about the product – you can get a full refund in up to 7 days after the first payment. To get it please send your request to support@coverler.com with a few details on the reason.
