As a professional with 3 years of experience, I have developed excellent skills in teaching and instructing Military personnel transition to civilian professional and vocational occupations. In addition, I am very organized and capable of managing an office. My ability to provide transitioning Servicemembers (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment has been lauded by my previous employers.
Most recently, I was a Resident Services Coordinator with Opportunity Home San Antonio Housing Authorities where I established and maintained relationships with residents as well as coordinated and promoted activities that created a sense of community between residents and property management. Prior to that, I worked as a Housing Assistance Specialist – Special Programs where I conducted interviews with clients to determine eligibility for the housing voucher program as well as processed amendments to housing contracts.
