I have 5 years of professional experience, including management experience in a nonpartisan, policy-focused research organization. In addition, I have led research teams and engaged with diverse stakeholders such as policymakers, interest groups, and funders. Furthermore, I have successfully raised funds, written grant proposals, and managed budgets.

Lastly, I have developed and executed strategic plans while effectively leading high-performing teams for a sustained duration. My experience working cross functionally with other groups in an organization has prepared me well for this role. My familiarity with California water and natural resource issues makes me an ideal candidate for this position.
