As a professional with 4 years of experience, I have gained extensive knowledge in IT operations. My work has involved building tooling to allow shared ownership of production infrastructure, helping to define budgets/SLOs and building out the tooling to measure these, assisting with on-call efforts, and ensuring that relevant data points are captured for measuring toil and reliability. In addition, I have a strong background in AWS services such as EC2, EBS, Lambda, and S3.

Furthermore, I possess exceptional communication skills and a willingness to continuously learn new things. These qualities would enable me to excel in this position and contribute to the success of your company.
