I am writing in regards to the Change Implementation Analyst position. Based on the job description and my professional experience, I strongly believe that I am a great fit for this role.
I have 10+ years of professional experience, with all of the years being in a customer service driven operation. In my first job, a Customer Service Representative at Target, I was responsible for ensuring that each customer had a positive experience. This required excellent problem-solving skills as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. These skills were improved upon drastically as I became an intelligence analyst for the United States Navy. My team and I would produce intelligence products to fit the individual needs of naval leadership according to the operations and clearance that the customer commanded. In addition to my customer service experience, I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and have gained the United States Department of Labor’s computer operator certification through the united services military apprenticeship program.
