As you can see from my professional biography, I have +10 years of experience in similar positions. In my previous roles, I was responsible for providing clinical, administrative, reconciliation, and/or clerical duties to increase the overall operational efficiency of the programs I worked on. My activity focused on departmental processes such as veteran screening and admission, HMIS, oversight of house administration/safety protocols and processes, program supplies, and veteran / department receipts.

I oversaw day-to-day provision and management of individual THP houses, which included coordination with facilities and maintenance on normative and emergency issues. I also coordinated van transportation processes by managing drivers and their schedules. With the Director of Clinical Services, I coordinated department efforts for compliance with agency, grant, and community standards for the clean and safe operation of each house.
