In addition, I have taken ownership of bi-weekly payroll processing, off-cycle payments, and pension payment processing. My attention to detail and commitment to accuracy has resulted in maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll information with integrity and confidentiality of payroll records. Furthermore, I have assisted with day-to-day benefits administration for corporate employees.
Recruiting qualified job applicants is another area in which I excel. By connecting with Department Managers on staffing needs, understanding skills and competencies requirements, and developing position job descriptions in coordination with the business, I am able to identify ideal candidates for open positions. Additionally, I review background investigation reports and complete reference checks for potential hires. Finally, once an employee is onboarded, I maintain employee files ensuring accurate new hire documentation and tracking.
