As a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at SPEAR, I have been responsible for maintaining the Value Chain of the entire business. This has included leading requirements, budgeting, and ROI analysis of SPEAR initiatives. I have also been responsible for briefing the CEO, President, CTO, and COO on the status of the business and associated risks/rewards. Furthermore, I have initialized corporate ERP and Business System programs as well as trained Process Owners throughout the business on Center of Excellence initiatives – both establishing and sustaining Surveillance & Performance standards. In addition to these duties, I have also been responsible for developing and presenting Performance Analytics Dashboards and KPI’s across key business functions.
In my role as Manager of Customer Success, I am responsible for monitoring, managing and assessing customer needs; evaluating customer satisfaction; optimizing customer service; resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently; engaging with internal Content Teams to establish an ongoing content calendar with clients through Apollo’s managed service offering; providing feedback to Product and Technology teams on designing, building testing and deploying existing software systems; reviewing customer accounts/transactions while resolving issues; communicating with customers in-person or via email/phone. Finally, I was also responsible for managing Salesforce Implementation (Enterprise Licensing), establishing program timelines/scope/requirements/deliverables – all while managing multiple contractors and code iterations.
