In my previous roles, I have been responsible for developing and implementing cross-functional program management tools and processes across programs. I have also facilitated and led effective project team meetings, created meeting agendas, documented meeting discussion points and decisions, and tracked and controlled program activities. Moreover, I have excellent communication skills and have been recognized for my ability to proactively communicate progress, issues or deviations that may impact the program schedule, timelines or costs.
In addition to my program management experience, I have also assisted with budget development and tracking, as well as tracking outsourced activities. My analytical skills help me identify critical path activities, resource constraints, risks, and conflicts that could impact the schedule so that corrective action can be taken promptly.
